Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $64,150 while total sales increased by 140%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,750 - a 32.3% decrease over the $198,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Loveland in January 2018.
