Groesbeck home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Groesbeck rose by $50,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,500 - a 51.5% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Groesbeck in January 2018, as well.
