Sharonville home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Sharonville fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 114.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Sharonville in January 2018.
