Wyoming home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Wyoming fell by $169,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 46.2% decrease over the $367,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Wyoming in January 2018.
