Mount Healthy home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Mount Healthy fell by $21,900 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 35.4% decrease over the $61,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Mount Healthy in December 2017.
