Woodlawn home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $7,113 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,188 - a 21.5% increase over the $33,075 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Woodlawn in December 2017.
