St. Bernard home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in St. Bernard fell by $31,450 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,500 - a 30.3% decrease over the $103,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in St. Bernard in December 2017, as well.
