Wyoming home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Wyoming rose by $145,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 70.3% increase over the $207,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wyoming in December 2017, as well.
