Kenwood home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Kenwood rose by $33,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $454,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $421,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Kenwood in December 2017, as well.
