Indian Hill home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Indian Hill rose by $348,900 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,489,900 - a 30.6% increase over the $1,141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Indian Hill in December 2017.
