St. Bernard home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in St. Bernard fell by $18,275 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,725 - a 14.5% decrease over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Bernard in November 2017.
