Springfield Township home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Springfield Township rose by $4,050 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $106,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Springfield Township in November 2017.
