Bridgetown home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Bridgetown fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $121,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bridgetown in November 2017.
