The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Colerain Township rose by $54,650 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,900 - a 69% increase over the $79,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Colerain Township in November 2017.
