Reading home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Reading rose by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 61.9% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Reading in November 2017.
