White Oak home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in White Oak rose by $26,200 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,200 - a 21.8% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in White Oak in November 2017.
