Sharonville home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Sharonville rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 21.8% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sharonville in November 2017.
