Kenwood home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Kenwood fell by $138,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,500 - a 38.3% decrease over the $362,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Kenwood in November 2017.
