Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $4,450 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,450 - a 3.1% increase over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Loveland in October 2017.
