Harrison home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Harrison fell by $54,050 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,900 - a 24.9% decrease over the $216,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Harrison in October 2017.
