Anderson Township home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Anderson Township rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 11.3% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Anderson Township in October 2017.
