Woodlawn home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $502,224 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $578,174 - a 661.3% increase over the $75,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in October 2017, as well.
