Indian Hill home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Indian Hill fell by $447,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 39% decrease over the $1,147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Indian Hill in October 2017.
