Springfield Township home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Springfield Township fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 22.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $111,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Springfield Township in September 2017.
