Norwood home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Norwood fell by $4,050 while total sales increased by 51.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,950 - a 3.4% decrease over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Norwood in September 2017.
