St. Bernard home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in St. Bernard rose by $68,800 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,300 - a 148% increase over the $46,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Bernard in September 2017.
