Bridgetown home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Bridgetown rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,500 - a 15.1% increase over the $116,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Bridgetown in September 2017.
