Reading home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Reading fell by $2,600 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 1.7% decrease over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Reading in September 2017.
