Monfort Heights South home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Monfort Heights South rose by $44,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 42.2% increase over the $105,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Monfort Heights South in September 2017.
