Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $30,750 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 25.8% increase over the $119,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Loveland in September 2017.
