Silverton home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Silverton rose by $17,700 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $137,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Silverton in September 2017.
