Arlington Heights home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Arlington Heights rose by $64,350 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 439.2% increase over the $14,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Arlington Heights in August 2017, as well.
