Reading home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Reading rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $108,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Reading in August 2017.
