Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Loveland in August 2017.
