Harrison home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Harrison rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 13.1% increase over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Harrison in August 2017.
