Wyoming home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Wyoming rose by $80,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,000 - a 37.4% increase over the $214,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Wyoming in August 2017, as well.
