Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $286,400 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,300 - a 318.6% increase over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in August 2017.
