Indian Hill home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Indian Hill rose by $13,725 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $793,725 - a 1.8% increase over the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Indian Hill in August 2017.
