Woodlawn home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Woodlawn fell by $106,455 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $53,380 - a 66.6% decrease over the $159,835 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in July 2017, as well.
