Springfield Township home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Springfield Township fell by $37,500 while total sales increased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 31.9% decrease over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Springfield Township in July 2017.
