Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 3.3% decrease over the $149,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Loveland in July 2017.
