Reading home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Reading rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Reading in July 2017.
