Sharonville home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Sharonville rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 24.5% increase over the $124,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Sharonville in July 2017.
