Harrison home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Harrison fell by $33,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,250 - a 15.6% decrease over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Harrison in July 2017.
