Wyoming home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Wyoming rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,500 - a 1.5% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Wyoming in July 2017.
