Montgomery home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Montgomery fell by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Montgomery in July 2017.
