Woodlawn home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Woodlawn fell by $54,550 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,450 - a 59.3% decrease over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woodlawn in June 2017, as well.
