St. Bernard home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in St. Bernard fell by $12,300 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 13.5% decrease over the $91,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in St. Bernard in June 2017.
