Reading home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Reading fell by $4,950 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 3.7% decrease over the $132,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Reading in June 2017.
