Springfield Township home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Springfield Township fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Springfield Township in June 2017.
